Food: Mom's Pan-fried Radishes

Mom's Pan-fried Radishes

Ingredients

Bunch of radishes
1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp vinegar
salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1) Heat grapeseed oil in a skillet. Add chopped radishes. Cook until the radishes begin to soften.
2) Add sugar, vinegar, and salt. Cook for a few more minutes then serve.

Comments: We had a harvest of fresh radishes from the garden this summer. This was a good dish to make with them.
