Chicken Fajita Marinade

1/3 cup lime juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
salt to taste
Pepper jack cheese slices

Rating: 1 star :(
Time: Overnight marinade, 2 hour total cook/prep time
Comments: The acid 'cooked' the chicken while marinating. As a result the chicken was rubbery when I cooked it. The flavor was a bit too sour for me. I added mushrooms to marinade as well, which turned out better than the chicken did. I wouldn't call this a fajita marinade, but more like a citrus marinade. I don't think I will make this again.
